Garland balloon arch set up usually take place the same day of the event (at least 2-3 hours before the event begins). Please let us know what time will your event start.
Electric point is required for us to use to inflate the balloons. A room or space for the team to work is very much appreciated.
Balloon set up on site require advance booking. Especially peak season, so do plan early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Important Note:
Advance order at least 3 - 7 days to make sure we have all the necessary items such as the balloon colours of your choice and other materials for your event.
Standard event set up timing :
- Standard set up timing and days: 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.
- Odd hours set up timing for Sundays and Public Holidays: 4:00am - 8:45am & after 6:00pm till 4:00am): Additional Surcharge applies.
