Order Acceptance Policy
All orders and subscription requests are subject to acceptance by Love Inspired Empire (legal entity for Love Inspired).
By placing an order on this website, customers agree to provide complete and accurate details, including full address and contact information.
Love Inspired reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion without prior notice. In the event of rejection, full payment will be refunded via the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are strictly non-cancellable once confirmed.
For flower orders, cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted at least one (1) day before the delivery date, subject to management approval. Approved cancellations will be refunded in the form of store credit (Love Inspired Gift Card) only, valid for six (6) months.
All balloon printing, customised, personalised, and event setup orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable, as preparation and production begin immediately upon confirmation.
No changes are allowed once visual confirmation has been approved.
Delivery Orders
We provide same-day delivery for flowers and balloons within Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor) for orders confirmed and paid before 4:00 PM.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next available delivery date based on the time slot selected at checkout.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Love Inspired shall not be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or courier availability.
We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available at the delivery location. No refunds will be provided for failed deliveries due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Recipient unavailable
• No safe location to leave the items
Any re-delivery or re-routing requests will incur additional charges.
Event Set Up
For event setup services, advance booking is required to secure your preferred time slot.
Customers are responsible for confirming accurate setup and dismantling times, as well as coordinating with venue management or security for access.
For shopping malls or venues requiring early access (before operating hours), customers must obtain prior approval and provide details such as entry points and loading bays.
Our team will install and dismantle decorations as agreed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items remain in good condition during the event.
Additional charges may apply if:
• Event timing differs from what was agreed
• Dismantling is delayed beyond the scheduled time
If permitted by the venue, items may be collected on the following day.
Balloon Printing & Production
Balloon printing requires approximately:
• 10–14 working days during non-peak periods
• Up to 21 working days for bulk orders
Customers are advised to place orders in advance to avoid delays.
Changes of Order
For any changes, please contact us via call or WhatsApp at 012-6900 439.
Please note:
• No cancellations for customised or personalised orders
• No changes are allowed after visual confirmation has been approved
Product & Substitution Policy
All products and services are subject to availability.
In the event of shortages of flowers, balloons, or materials, Love Inspired reserves the right to substitute items with products of equal or higher value and quality without prior notice.
Customers may request customisations (such as colours or themes) by contacting us directly.
Payment
We accept:
• Online bank transfer
• E-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, Alipay, WeChat Pay, ShopeePay)
We do not store or have access to any payment details.
For retail store purchases:
• Only cash or QR payment is accepted
• Credit/debit cards are not available
Prices & Additional Charges
All product prices are as stated on our website.
Additional charges may apply for:
• Event setup
• Transportation
• Custom requests
These will be communicated via WhatsApp, email, or text message.
Delivery Policy
Deliveries are available from Monday to Sunday.
We aim to deliver within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers may arrange self-pickup or third-party delivery (e.g. Grab Express).
Important:
• Please select Grab Express for item delivery
• Do not select JustGrab or GrabCar, as drivers may reject item deliveries
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.
We do not provide refunds for:
• Balloon damage (bursting or shrinkage) after delivery
• Issues arising from third-party delivery services
All items are prepared and delivered in the best possible condition. Customers are responsible for handling items with care after receiving them.
Contact Information
Customers must provide accurate contact details for both sender and recipient.
Incorrect or unreachable contact details may result in failed or delayed delivery. Drivers may leave the location if unable to contact the recipient.
Customers are advised to double-check all details to ensure smooth delivery.
All personal information provided will be kept private and secure.
