Important Note:
Balloon Wall set up usually take place the same day of the event. Please let us know what time will your event start. We will arrange our team to set up and get it all ready by at least an hour before the event begin.
Electric point is required for us to use to inflate the balloons. A room or space for the team to work is very much appreciated.
Balloon set up on site require advance booking. Especially peak season so do plan early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Advance order at least 3 - 7 days to make sure we have all the necessary items such as the balloon colours of your choice and other materials for your event.
Standard event set up timing :
- Standard set up timing and days: 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.
- Odd hours set up timing for Weekdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: 4:00am - 8:45am & after 7:00pm till 4:00am): Additional Surcharge applies.
