This package consists of:
- 1 pc x 24 inches Bubble Balloon (with 10 pieces mini balloons inside) plus tassel.
No limits on the wording on the bubble balloon but we would recommend to keep it short as the longer the wordings, the smaller the font it will be on the balloon.
You can also write your message on our message card which will be given free.
- 1 x Latex Balloon Personalized (18 inches)
Note:
- Bubble balloon can float for approximately 48 - 96 hours
- Foil Balloon can float approximately 24 - 48 hours
- 18 inches Latex balloons can float approximately 24 hours. (You can add Hi-Float gel to make the latex balloons float approximately 36 - 48 hours depending on the environment the balloon is in and the care that balloon is given. Please add an additional RM 15.00 each for Hi Float Gel to be inserted in the 18 inches latex balloons). Please take note that because it is still a balloon, there is no guarantee it can last up to 48 hours.
Important Thing To Take Note:
- Standard delivery service applies to building entrance for delivery drivers. You will require to collect the balloons from the delivery driver at the entrance of the mall/condo/apartment lobby only. (Additional RM 5.00 for door-to-door service especially for high rise commercial building, shopping mall, condominium, hospitals etc.) Our team will contact you if additional RM 5.00 is required). We cannot confirm what time the driver wll reach your destination as it all depends on the current traffic condition and the weather.
- Delivery Schedule:
Monday - Saturday: 10 am - 7 pm. Sunday: 10 am - 3 pm.
Self Pick-up:
AEON Big Subang Jaya: 10 am - 7 pm (Monday - Saturday) & 10 am - 3 pm (Sundays)
(For same day order, please allow at least 4-5 working hours for us to prepare your order. We shall be in touch with you for further clarification via WhatsApp if there is any).
Important Balloon Tips:
- Watch out for surrounding areas with sharp items (nails that are protruding, long pipes, etc) that can easily burst the balloons. Always carry/hold the balloon at your chest level. Sometimes balloons can get stucked on the celing or something sharp on the celing may burst the balloons.
- Make sure all of the balloons are safely inside the vehicle before you close the car door. Do not put the balloons inside the boot. Heat inside the boot will cause the balloons to burst.
- Don't let the balloons get too near spotlights, air cond compressor, ceiling fans, stand fans, etc.
- Sunlight and heat can oxidize the balloons causing the balloons to turn dull or blur in colour. Heat can shrink the balloon faster and it won't float very long.
- Wind: It's hard to avoid wind sometimes but wind can tangle the balloon string.
- Kids: Children will go wild and excited with balloons. Please keep the balloons away from children if the party/event is for an adult party. We scared the kids may ruined or burst the balloons before the party started.
Very Important note:
Kindly take note that once customer or the delivery driver has collected the balloons from our retail shop, we no longer hold responsibility (example the balloon burst or fly away) as we cannot control how a person handle the balloon once it leaves our shop. We appreciate your kind understanding on this matter.
